Fields of Activity: We have strong research focus on various areas of transportation and involve in national and international projects such as: A successful project on “Vehicle trajectory prediction based on Hidden Markov Model” supported by National Natural Science Foundation of P. R. China, Scientific & Technological Support Project of Jiangsu Province, and Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province. A successful project on “A novel multi-mode hybrid control method for cooperative driving of an automated vehicle platoon” supported by National Key Research and Development Program of China, Research Institute of Highway Ministry of Transport Project, China, National Natural Science Foundation of China. A successful project on “Energy Dissipation Based Longitudinal and Lateral Coupling Control for Intelligent Vehicles” supported by National Key Research and Development Program and in part by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Research Institute of Highway Ministry of Transport Project and in part by the National Research Foundation, South Africa.
