We would like to invite you to the Brokerage Event that will take place in the afternoon during 2016 Information Day on the Horizon 2020 ‘Smart, green and integrated transport’  in Brussels on 28 September 2016. To find more information and registration please use the following link.

We would like to inform also that regisration for Infotmation Day is mandatory for brokerage participants.

The information day addresses potential applicants to the Horizon 2020 ‘Smart, green and integrated transport’ calls for project proposals under the 2016-2017 Work programme.

Presentations will cover the various topics open for submission and the application procedure, as well as provide detailed information on the calls.  A brokerage event will take place in the afternoon. More information and the agenda will follow on the event page.

Registration for the information day is compulsory and free of charge.
Please note that due to a limited number at the conference venue, maximum two people from the same organisation will be registered.
We encourage you to register early in order to secure your seat.

You will also have the possibility to follow the event viaweb streamingand on Twitter using #H2020TransportInfo. If you have questions for the speakers, please send them by email before the event. We will also take questions by email and on Twitter during the event.

The networking and brokerage event will last from 14.30-18.30 hours, September 28th, 2016

Within the framework of the brokerage event, participants looking for partners for the 2017 calls published in the Transport Work Programme WP 2016-2017 will have the opportunity to present their organizations:

  1. In the form of a brief oral presentation (3 minutes max.),
    using templates specially designed for this purpose and ideas for project proposals
  2. By participating in bilateral meetings (max. 20 minutes).
