Fields of Activity: The Cluster is a consortium formed of 57 italian companies, which more than 33.000 of employees and a turnover of about 300 millions, this is a combination between, small, medium and large firms logistics, freight and passenger transport (on railways, road, sea-lines, airplane cargo) and service. The structure of the company is completed by a network formed by different research centres, university department, both local and national training facilities, including an international character and other subjects of associative and representation of interests is a complex structure, but set to grow further. Members of the consortium offer services essential to all sectors of the economy and that expressed an intrinsic need for innovation between the companies are the main regional companies of local public transport, goods transport by road and rail, logistics, management of large infrastructure, port services company, specialized training institution, business and technology services firms and financial services. The headquarters is located into the INTERPORTO D’ABRUZZO, an Integrated Logistic Area in Abruzzo (city of Manoppello – Pescara), where is also the opening of a school transport, specialized training center. From the outset INOLTRA has operated a number of actions consistent with its objectives: the topics of greatest interest of the operational programme are related to green logistics, new intelligent technologies for air carriers, strategic projects for opening up new markets and services. Particular attention is paid to the prevision of advanced services, looking for economies of scale, the establishment of business networks, partecipation in events in Italy and abroad an intensive program of seminaries, technical meetings sectorial meetings btob, provides opportunities for growth and development also subjet to commercial partners. The operational structure of valid professional and external consultans is able to respond to every need expressed businesses The organizational structure of the cluster is characterized by a management board with the CEO, a general direction, a coordination unit staff and 4 operating segments: freight, passenger, logistics and intermodability, energy. The overall mission is linked to the theme of Sustainable Mobility.

Skills and Experise Offered: Main activity: WP7-Digital infrastructure and information flows- research and development of an innovative system for ICT / ITS applied to urban mobility of passengers through the use of Combined Transport Vehicles, "sustainable" means, meaning electric, with the local public transport (bus transport). The WP7-Digital infrastructure and information flows- intends to build an integrated urban transport system and interoperable between passenger mobility services (bus, car / bike / scooter sharing) making usufruibili simultaneously through a shared mobile information system.
The system will include a technological platform (open data) able to manage in a combined mode, the demand for the traditional urban transport (bus) with ecological means (electric); the platform "open" configure interoperability between ticketing systems for buses, selection Bureau of electric vehicles, with the bike rental and car electrical. The consortium will carry out the technological prototype and will take care of his experimentation in urban areas in collaboration with the company public transportation T.U.A. Spa. for bus transport services, EcocityCar for bike-sharing services, with ALPIQ for electric charging services and ABREX for new purchase / sale systems without currency exchange
To date, the consortium has developed a specific know-how in innovative technologies related to the bus ticketing, through the experimental project called
SM @ RTICKET active from 2015 the town of Pescara, Chieti, Lanciano; This project is intended to test the digitization of urban and sub-urban bus lines shared subscriptions.
The Sm @ rticket project was carried out in collaboration with T.U.A. Spa and involved about 3,000 users traveling on about 200 buses with innovative ticket-less system board and wireless badge.
