“GDPR & Ethics in Research of Transport”
on Thursday, May 16th , between 11:00-12:00 CET.
Concept: Technological advances such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics are becoming increasingly important in Transport.
Ethics and protection of privacy have become key considerations when conducting transport research and play an important role in forming public perceptions on current and future technological developments such as automated and connected driving.
Anticipated Outcomes: Participants to this webinar will acquire a basic understanding of Ethics and GDPR approaches in Research as well as how these are relevant for Transport. It would be expected that participants will be able to appropriate the knowledge gained into the proposal preparation.

Targeted Audience: National Contact Points of “Smart, Green and Integrated Transport” and Stakeholders interested in forthcoming calls, including Enterprise Europe Network advisors of the Sector Group “Aeronautics, Space and Dual-Use Technologies”.
Aim: The overall purpose of the webinar is to help participants acquire more in-depth understanding of the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking and the relevant call for proposals. To this end, representatives of Clean Sky 2 JU will present the Clean Sky 2 current call for proposals and its principles. In addition, they will explain legal and financial modalities, rules for participation as well as offer insights into potential synergies with other funding initiatives. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions after each presentation.
